David Kaye –An amazing Voice over Artist!
With
advancement in technologies, new inventions are being incorporated in every
aspects of our life. Our entertainment world is also developing to attract more
audience. For example, in cartoons, earlier digital images and hand drawings
were used. Now 3d animations have taken their place to make the characters
livelier. Voice-over is another technology that is used to make characters and
their speech more attractive and lively. It is a technique where some artist’s
voice is used as a part of the narrative of a play, radio show, animation,
movie, or cartoon series. The voice-over artist reads the script and doesn't
appear on the main stage. Sometimes, a voice-over is pre-recorded and is later
synchronized with the concerned character. Voice over artists play a very
important part in every production. Among other famous voice-over artists, David Kaye is very noteworthy.

V. Hope is popularly known as David Kaye,
who is an American voice-over actor. At first, he started his career on radio.
He was also involved in many theatre plays. From here his career in
entertainment world began. He started voicing over on several video games and
animation shows. One of his noteworthy roles
was of Megatron in Beast Wars. He was engaged for 20 years with Transformers
franchise. He also voiced over the Transformers animated version on Cartoon
Network. The character named Sesshomaru of InuYasha series is also voiced over
by Kaye. Later he became a leading model of voice over casting in Los Angeles, when he was working on Ben 10:
Omniverse and the animated series of Avengers Assembled. In Clash Of The Titans,
X-Men Evolution, Regular Show, he has played great roles. In the award-winning
movie UP, his voice-over is used.
Apart
from voicing over on animations, he also narrated many network promos, trailer
of movies and other commercial works.
